The platform

Every hour you pay for is an hour you approved.

Your staff member tracks their time and submits a timesheet each week. It lands in your portal. You approve it, or send it back with a note.

Roles we fill

Office work that doesn’t need an office.

Administration, scheduling, customer service, bookkeeping, estimator support and marketing. Most of our staff already work in Xero, MYOB and ServiceM8.

Your hours

Your staff member works your hours, not theirs.

The Philippines runs 2 to 3 hours behind eastern Australia and 4 to 5 hours behind New Zealand. Most of the day overlaps, and the rest is arranged around your business, not around a timezone.

One hourly rate

Covers their pay, employment, recruitment, screening, replacement and the platform.

Minimum 20 hrs a week. Billed weekly in NZ$ or A$. No separate management fee.

What it costs

A local hire costs more than the salary.

The salary is the part you see, and it lands every week whether the work does or not. Add KiwiSaver or super, leave, a desk and the weeks it takes to hire. Arkero is one hourly rate, billed weekly against hours you approve.
